My staff of top industry professionals and I are personally involved in every aspect of the design, manufacturing, delivery and construction of your new Premier Log or Timber Home. Located in the North Georgia Hills, just south of Chattanooga, TN, and on the outer realm of the Blue Ridge Mountains, our model homes have become a landmark, adorning I-75, a beacon of pride in what Premier Log Homes & Structures is and what we stand for.

The Director of Sales (Steve Carter) and I founded Premier Log Homes after many years working together in the log home industry. This experience taught us many things about ourselves, each other, and the log home industry in general. We each learned that we had found our niche and that both our passions were in log and timber homes. Not only did we love the homes and the environment they create, but also that the people who love them are some of the most uniquely interesting people imaginable. Their age, background and ethnicity are all very different, but their passion for life and a log or timber home is a commonality that bonds each and everyone. Each person is every bit as unique as the homes they desire to create and to enjoy.

Steve and I also learned that we were very different people; not only in our likes and dislikes, but also in our strengths and weaknesses. Although we are both married, both have children and both share a love for log and timber homes, the Caribbean, and some of the nicer amenities life has to offer, we are still very different in certain areas, and it is this diversity that allows us to complement each other as we strive to better each other in what we are trying to accomplish, and have achieved over the years here at Premier Log Homes & Structures. It is this contrast that makes us so precise in every aspect of this organization and what we bring to you, our prospective client.

Then there was the log home industry. Yes it came with some remarkable characters, beautiful homes and a client-based passion, but it was lacking in professionalism and the true customer experience. There had to be a way to take the dreams, loves, passions and ideas that people had labored and dreamed of, make those a reality and bring the level of service and professionalism that was so desperately needed in the log and timber home industry to those who wanted true log and timber masterpieces. That is exactly what Steve and I have done here.

We have assembled the finest design staff, mill managers and operators, sales staff, project managers, and construction consultants in the industry. Combine those with only the finest products, mixed with the only true custom log home in the industry (and by that I don't mean just custom plans, I mean custom quoting, customized components based on your particular likes/wants, and the requirements of your specific building location) and you have a true Premier Log Home.
