Rock Work - $15.00 per sq ft
Veneer - $7.50 per sq ft
Roof Insulation: $10.00 per sq ft (Fiberglass)
Finish Roofing: $100.00 per sq (shingles) / $250.00 per sq (metal)
Plumbing: $5.00 per sq ft
Electrical: $6.00 per sq ft

Finished Flooring: $7.50 per sq ft (wood) / $2.50 per sq ft (carpet)
