Foundation (Plans included with our Blueprints)
Support Post for Subfloor, Porches, and Decks
Chimney & Fireplace (Anything Requiring a Mason)
Roof Insulation (Fiber Glass Insulation With Conventional Vaulted,
we Install Insulation Panels with True Heavy Timber Roof Systems)
Finish Roofing (Metal - Shingles are provided in package)
Plumbing (Piping & Fixtures)
Electrical (Wiring & Fixtures)
Heating & Cooling System (Heat Pump, Gas etc)
Cosmetics:
Finished Flooring
Interior Framed Wall Covering to include framed gables or dormers
Interior Doors, Window & Baseboard Trim
Cabinets, Vanities, Mirrors & Countertops
Door Hardware
Closet Shelves
Painting & Staining (We Supply Exterior Treatment, Stain, and Sealant)
Gutters & Downspouts
